2021-2022: Self Study > Strategic Plan
The 2023-2028 strategic plan is grounded in a comprehensive self-study conducted collaboratively by our Vice President’s office, individual departments, and units within our division.
The findings from this study were compiled into a report that highlighted both areas for growth and our existing strengths. Based on these insights, leadership focused on outlining our strategic priorities.

2022: Strategic Plan and Strategic Priorities
The strategic priorities were established by committees composed of the departments responsible for championing each priority. Strategic goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and objectives were defined. An assessment committee was formed with the goal of facilitating meaningful evaluation and training staff to ensure our division could monitor our progress and align our efforts with the strategic plan.
My role in this process was to provide consultation on both the procedures and outcomes, as well as to design all necessary elements, including toolkits, worksheets, icons, and instructions for the self-study and the strategic plans.
2022: The first annual report, aka impact report
The annual impact report serves as a culmination of our efforts, bringing together the data we have collected over the year.
As our division continues to grow, so does the scope and depth of the report. It includes raw data, student success stories, staff and departmental highlights, program features, and summaries that illustrate the impact of our initiatives on both students and the wider community.
